01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website alphaedgeanalytics.in, registering for our services, subscribing to our indicator, attending our webinars, or joining our Telegram/WhatsApp groups, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

02 Services Offered

AlphaEdge Analytics provides the following services:

• RAY 2 - AlphaEdge TradingView indicator access (HTF, MTF, LTF multi-timeframe levels)
• Live NSE market briefing via Telegram bot (gainers, losers, volume shockers)
• Educational webinars and tutorial videos on indicator usage
• Market analysis content for NSE, NFO, MCX, Forex, Gold and Crypto
• WhatsApp and Telegram community group access

03 Subscription & Payment

AlphaEdge Analytics offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: ₹999 per month
• Quarterly Plan: ₹2,499 per 3 months
• Annual Plan: ₹7,999 per year

All payments are processed securely via UPI. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice to existing subscribers.

Subscriptions are non-transferable and are for individual use only. Sharing your indicator access or subscription credentials with others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

04 Free Trial Policy

AlphaEdge Analytics offers a 7-day free trial on all subscription plans subject to the following conditions:

• One free trial per person — duplicate accounts are not permitted
• Full access to all features of the selected plan during the trial period
• No payment is required to start the free trial
• The trial period begins from the date indicator access is granted
• After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without notice.

05 Refund Policy

Given the digital and immediately accessible nature of our services, the following refund policy applies:

• Free trial period: No charges apply — no refund needed
• Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund if indicator access has not been granted
• After indicator access is granted: No refund will be provided
• Technical issues: If our indicator is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to our fault, a pro-rated refund may be considered

06 Intellectual Property

All content on alphaedgeanalytics.in including but not limited to the RAY 2 - AlphaEdge indicator, website design, tutorial videos, webinar content, market analysis, logos, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of AlphaEdge Analytics and Anish Multani.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any of our content without written permission
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the indicator
• You may not share your indicator access credentials or TradingView invite link with others
• Screenshots of the indicator for personal use are permitted but not for commercial use

07 User Obligations

As a subscriber or user of AlphaEdge Analytics, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Use our services only for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
• Keep your subscription credentials confidential
• Not share our indicator access with any third party
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Behave respectfully in our WhatsApp and Telegram community groups
• Acknowledge that all trading decisions are solely your own responsibility

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing, selling, or redistributing our indicator or subscription access
• Using our content to provide financial advice or paid tips to others
• Spamming, harassing, or abusing other members in our community groups
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the free trial
• Posting misleading or false information in our groups
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with our services
• Using our brand name or logo without written permission

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund and may result in legal action.

09 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of market data or analysis
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the indicator or website
• Fitness for a particular trading purpose or strategy
• Profitable results from use of the indicator

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaEdge Analytics and its founder Anish Multani shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or consequential losses arising from use of our indicator, services, or content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

11 Privacy & Data

By using our services you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (name, phone number, email) for the purpose of providing our services, sending market updates, and communicating about your subscription.

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• Your data is used only to deliver our services and communicate with you
• You may request deletion of your data by contacting us on WhatsApp
• We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information

12 Termination

AlphaEdge Analytics reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription and access to our services at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Sharing or redistributing indicator access
• Abusive behaviour in our community groups
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
