At AlphaEdge Analytics, we offer a 7-day free trial on all plans so you can fully evaluate our indicator and services before making any payment. We believe this gives you ample opportunity to decide if our product is right for you.
Given the digital and immediately accessible nature of our indicator and services, refunds are governed by the following policy.

03 Free Trial Policy
All new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access to their chosen plan. During the trial:
- No payment is required
- Full indicator access is granted on TradingView
- Access to Telegram market bot and WhatsApp group
- Trial begins from the date indicator access is granted
- One free trial per person — duplicate accounts will be terminated
We strongly encourage you to use the full 7-day trial to evaluate the indicator before subscribing. Our free trial is designed to eliminate the need for refunds.
04 How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 77100 78486 within the eligible period
- Step 2: Provide your full name, phone number, and UPI transaction reference
- Step 3: Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
- Step 4: Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- Step 5: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original UPI payment method within 7–10 business days
05 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Dissatisfaction with trading results or market performance
- Change of mind after indicator access has been granted
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period
- Inability to use TradingView due to your own technical issues
- Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
- Sharing indicator access with others (terms violation)
- Requests made after the eligible refund period
06 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp. Upon cancellation:
- Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- TradingView indicator access will be revoked at the end of the billing period
- You will be removed from premium Telegram/WhatsApp groups
Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund of the current period.
07 Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
